Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in fluent Hebrew.
- Assist customers with travel bookings, inquiries, changes, and complaints.
- Provide accurate and timely information about travel packages, services, and policies.
- Resolve issues efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in company systems.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Fluent Hebrew (both written and spoken) — mandatory.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory — we provide training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic IT skills and ability to use customer service software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must be located in Lithuania (remote work only).
