Our client, a rapidly growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) specializing in the digital assets space, is seeking a Head of Operations. Currently a lean three-person team, this role represents a critical strategic hire for the firm's continued expansion. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building infrastructure for scale while managing day-to-day operations. This is a dynamic position suited for someone highly adaptable and comfortable in a fast-evolving environment. The role is fully remote and offers a competitive salary.

Job Function

Design and implement scalable workflows for trading, reporting, billing, and client onboarding.
Manage relationships with custodians and key technology vendors.
Oversee the integration and maintenance of core systems.
Partner with compliance consultants to ensure adherence to SEC or state regulations.
Act as a resource for advisors on operational questions and client-related issues.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Support business planning, KPI tracking, and strategic growth initiatives alongside the founders.

Job Requirements

8–20 years of progressive experience in financial services operations.
Significant experience in RIA operations, asset management, or wealth management.
Strong understanding of RIA-specific regulations and operational workflows.
