Head of Finance.

Location: Remote

Package: £110k - £130k base salary + bonus (up to £30k) + shares etc

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic and experienced Head of Finance to join a high-growth Fintech company building modern financial infrastructure. This role offers the chance to lead and grow a finance team and drive the financial strategy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, leading to a CFO role in 2-3 years' time.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the finance team, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
Develop and execute capital markets strategy to ensure efficient access to funding.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Risk, Product, Sales) to support business decisions with financial insights.
Build and maintain relationships with banks, debt funds, and other capital providers.
Prepare financial reports for internal stakeholders, Board meetings, and investors.
Drive financial planning, including annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Key Requirements:

8+ years of experience in finance, including leadership roles in financial planning and/or capital markets.
Strong background in corporate finance and financial strategy.
Proven track record in managing and scaling finance teams.
Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills.
Experience in a high-growth company, ideally in the tech or financial services sector.
