Head of department in an IT company

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing the strategy of the division
• Managing the activities of the department
• Ensuring fulfillment of plans and achievement of indicators
• Optimizing business processes and improving their efficiency
• Team management, including recruitment, training and motivation of employees
• Implementation of new technologies and innovative solutions in the company's operations

Requirements:

• Experience in IT or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a management position
• Excellent analytical and strategic skills
• Knowledge of English at least Upper Intermediate level

Will be an advantage:
