About the Opportunity
Our client, a high-growth B2B SaaS company backed by top-tier private equity firms, is seeking a Vice President of Demand Generation to lead and scale their global marketing funnel. This role is ideal for a data-driven, strategic leader who has experience building pipeline at scale in complex sales environments.
As the VP of Demand Gen, you will oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of all lead generation programs across channels. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership to drive qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a full-funnel demand generation strategy to support aggressive pipeline and revenue goals
- Manage all digital and paid acquisition channels (email, ABM, paid media, SEO/SEM, content syndication, webinars, etc.)
- Own lead lifecycle management in partnership with Sales and RevOps: MQL → SQL → Opportunity
- Build and lead a team of marketers focused on performance marketing, campaign management, and field marketing
- Define and track KPIs including CAC, MQL to SQL conversion, pipeline velocity, and attribution
- Optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and regular reporting to senior leadership
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to align messaging, content, and positioning across demand programs
- Drive ABM strategies to support mid-market and enterprise segments
- Partner closely with SDR/BDR teams to align outbound and inbound efforts
Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ in a demand generation leadership role
- Proven success scaling demand gen programs at a SaaS or recurring revenue company
- Strong command of funnel metrics, attribution modeling, and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience leading ABM and multi-channel campaign strategies
- Analytical mindset with a bias for experimentation and optimization
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in private equity-backed or M&A-heavy environments is a plus
