Full-Cycle Account Executive – DTC/eCommerce Logistics

Mina is seeking a dynamic and driven Full-Cycle Account Executive to join our innovative e-commerce logistics solutions team. As part of our fast-growing startup, you’ll play a crucial role in transforming logistics and fulfillment for DTC and eCommerce businesses. We’re excited to bring on someone who is highly motivated and eager to lead sales efforts, build client relationships, and close deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead generation, outreach, discovery calls, and contract negotiation.
  • Proactively connect with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to understand their unique needs and present Mina’s AI pick & pack technology and global logistics solutions.
  • Conduct thorough discovery calls with prospects to identify pain points and tailor Mina’s solutions to their specific e-commerce logistics challenges.
  • Maintain relationships with clients throughout the entire process, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and stay on top of industry trends to strategically position Mina in the DTC/eCommerce landscape.
  • Consistently manage and update CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of all sales activities, lead follow-ups, pipeline status, and forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a full-cycle sales role, particularly within the DTC/eCommerce sector, with an understanding of the e-commerce logistics space.
  • Strong experience in direct client engagement, including cold calling and conducting discovery meetings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing the entire sales process in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
