Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance Splunk Engineer for Full Implementation and Configuration at ThreatXIntel. The role involves implementing and configuring Splunk software, providing technical support, project management, and ensuring customer service excellence.

Responsibilities:

Lead the migration from AlienVault on-prem SIEM to Splunk Cloud.
Perform full configuration and implementation of Splunk Cloud.
Review technical requirements and ensure they align with the project deliverables.
Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting during the migration process.
Optimize and validate system configurations to meet performance demands.

Required Skills:

Extensive experience with Splunk Cloud implementations and management.
Proven expertise in migrating from AlienVault or similar on-prem SIEM systems to cloud-based solutions.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to handle complex migrations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Relevant Splunk certifications (e.g., Splunk Certified Administrator, Splunk Certified Architect).
