🌟 Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Senior Analyst to join our team to support our Fractional CFO in the CPG sector. This role requires a strong analytical mind to develop financial models, conduct variance analysis, and provide strategic financial insights that drive informed decision-making. You will collaborate with an international team and help manage financial projects from start to finish.
🌟 Responsibilities:
• Build complex financial models to support clients in various industries, including CPG and startups.
• Perform tasks like revenue projections, cost analysis, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
• Work with international teams, including delegating tasks to the team in India, and ensure efficient project completion.
• Prepare and translate financial reports for management, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop interactive dashboards to present financial data clearly to clients.
• Support clients with project management, ensuring timely completion of tasks and financial insights.
🌟 Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative field such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related.
• 5+ years of experience as an FP&A analyst, preferably within consulting or matrix organizations.
• Proven track record of working independently and proactively in a client-focused environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with advanced functions like pivot tables, index/match, and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder demands across various time zones.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with great attention to detail.
🌟 Non-mandatory skills:
• Experience with financial modeling software and other data management tools (e.g., Jirav)
• CPA certification or MBA.
• Prior experience in the CPG industry or working with startups and small-to-medium-sized businesses.
• P&L management experience.
• Prior client-facing experience is highly valued.
