Position: Financial Analyst

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and help the company scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Financial Modeling: Create and maintain financial models to support strategic business decisions.
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Develop and update financial budgets, collaborating with functional leads to ensure accuracy.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze company and departmental performance using key metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Month-End Reporting: Assist with month-end close processes and prepare reports for the Board, providing insights that matter.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of financial analysis or relevant operational experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP
  • Experience working in a similar start-up or with a SaaS company is a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort in financial software systems
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States.

**Pay: **$75-90k (depending on experience)
