Position: Financial Accounting Analyst
Location: Remote (U.S. based)
Blush is a fast-growing, high-end matchmaking company seeking a highly resourceful and detail-oriented Financial Accounting Analyst for High-Profile Clients to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the company’s day-to-day accounting and administrative processes. This includes maintaining payroll accuracy, managing vendor budgets, and assisting with membership contract tracking and billing.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Support:
- Review time tracking sheets and ensure accuracy before payroll submission.
- Assist with onboarding new hires for payroll setup.
- Maintain compliance with wage, break, and overtime policies.
Vendor Budget Management:
- Track vendor payments, invoices, and recurring subscriptions.
- Update and reconcile budget sheets to ensure accurate expense reporting.
- Communicate with vendors for billing inquiries or payment confirmations.
Membership Contract Tracking:
- Log and organize all client contracts and payment terms.
- Monitor payment schedules, renewals, and service deliverables.
- Support the leadership team in financial reporting and client invoicing.
General Accounting Support:
- Reconcile transactions and maintain organized financial records.
- Assist with monthly reporting, expense tracking, and internal audits.
- Support leadership in preparing financial summaries for review.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel and comfortable learning new systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Interest in growing within operations, accounting, or business management.
- At least 2 years of relevant job experience
