*Join us in our quest to push boundaries and create awe-inspiring content both on-screen and behind the scenes!*Position: Remote Finance CoordinatorAs the Finance Coordinator at Ajax, you will be responsible for overseeing various financial activities, ensuring that all financial processes are completed accurately, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with our finance team, production team, and other stakeholders to manage the financial workflow and deliver outstanding support for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable, including sending payment reminders, communicating with clients to confirm payment dates, and addressing any invoice-related questions.
  • Oversee daily billing tasks, ensuring all bills are tracked, recorded, and processed efficiently.
  • Create and manage client invoices based on approved project quotes, ensuring accurate application of tax settings and payment terms.
  • Maintain and update contractor records, ensuring accurate and current information in the company database.
  • Handle the creation and management of contractor agreements and project services forms, ensuring all details are correctly filled and agreements are properly signed and recorded.
  • Utilize and manage standard financial templates and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy across all financial records.
  • Perform general financial administrative tasks, including maintaining detailed and organized records of all financial transactions and agreements.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English
  • Proven experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
