Job OverviewWe are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to join our progressive team in a remote capacity. This pivotal role involves high-level administrative support for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), ensuring seamless operations within the Executive Office and supporting the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the CEO’s calendar, including the coordination of appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Compose correspondence, presentations, and reports tailored for the CEO’s needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive research and compile essential background materials for meetings.
  • Engage with the Board of Directors by preparing agendas, coordinating relevant materials, and documenting minutes.
  • Maintain organized electronic and hardcopy filing systems to ensure efficient access to information.
  • Provide administrative support across various Executive Office functions.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and other team members to facilitate effective outreach and communication efforts.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional administrative and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work autonomously while also functioning effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
  • At least three years of experience providing support to CEOs or Executive Directors, preferably within a non-profit or association context.
