Your Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a central role in daily operations and support the company leadership in managing internal projects, overseeing organizational processes, and preparing content. You will be closely involved in strategic topics, work with a high degree of confidentiality, and contribute proactively to the development and structuring of our internal project landscape.
Specifically, your tasks will include:
Administrative and organizational support
- Coordinating appointments, preparing meetings, and organizing virtual business travel
- Managing and prioritizing communication on behalf of the executive leadership
- Preparing presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and decision templates
- Creating and monitoring social media content
Internal project support (no client contact)
- Supporting the planning, structuring, and follow-up of internal projects and portfolios
- Creating and maintaining documentation
- Conducting research and preparing content on technical or strategic topics (e.g., AI, data strategies, digital tools)
- Developing internal templates, checklists, and process documentation
Your Profile
- A completed vocational training (e.g. in business administration, public administration, communications, or IT) or a university degree (e.g. in business, communication, public administration, or computer science), or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, experience in an assistant role, preferably with a focus on projects or in a consulting environment
- Strong organizational skills, a high degree of initiative, and the ability to prioritize effectively
- High digital fluency, especially with MS Office and tools like Miro, Jira, or Confluence
- Absolute reliability, loyalty, and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in either German or English at C1 level
