**Location: **Remote (Based in New York)

**Duration: **12 months contract with possibility of extension.

**Start: **Targeting October 2024

**Pay Range: **$30 to $35.00/hr on W2

Summary:

This role offers a unique opportunity to support multiple leaders within a clearly defined scope, providing a focused and impactful experience. It is entirely remote, allowing flexibility to work from anywhere. Additionally, you will collaborate significantly with other administrative specialists, fostering a dynamic and supportive professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Focused Work: Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for a higher ratio of leaders (approximately 6 clients per specialist).

Structured Office Hours: Adhere to daily structured office hours based on your local time zone. Confirm your support hours during the initial meeting with your client.

Responsive Support: Acknowledge all inbound requests regarding client support within 2 hours during working hours. For requests received after hours or over the weekend, respond on the following business day, in line with our service level agreements (SLAs).

Performance Measurement: Meet program SLAs for timely response and action on requests, operating within the defined scope of support.

Must-Have Skills:

Master multitasker with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Exceptional organizational skills to maintain effective calendar management and travel logistics.

Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience as a *** boomerang, familiar with our internal tools.

Familiarity with Concur and Outlook for travel and expense management.

Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.

Experience Requirements:

Overall Experience: 2+ years of experience providing administrative support to 2 or more executives.

Calendar, Travel, and Expenses: 2+ years of experience managing calendars, travel, and expenses for 2 or more executives.

Education Requirements:

Degree: BA/BS degree preferred.
