Executive Assistant

As our Executive Assistant, you will support the Chief People and Culture Officer. Every day you will operate and work with all levels in the company. You will have many creative/coordination/administrative responsibilities. You will report to the Senor Director of Corporate Experience. The Executive Assistant will be a remote position based in the Western United States. 

 

  • Provide executive-level administrative support and assistance to the EVP of Customer Compliance and Operations and the SVP General Manager of AvaTax

  • Use discretion and confidentiality, representing the company and executive in a positive light through great follow-up skills and sound judgment 

  • Work closely with the each executive's direct staff members 

  • Secure and manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, and meals

  • Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any conflicts or issues

  • Manage incoming requests on behalf of the executives

  • Coordinate and manage internal and external executive events and meetings, including staff, all-hands, and off-site meetings

  • Perform administrative activities to help drive key deliverables, including reporting, PowerPoint presentations, etc.

  • Manage expense reporting and reconciliation, completing on time with accurate coding

  • Provide support on special projects as assigned

  • You have 5 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 2 years providing direct support to senior-level executives

  • You've worked in an environment where you learned how to work independently

  • You enjoy interaction with all levels of the company.

  • You have experience with Zoom, SharePoint and Microsoft Suite skills

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • You know how to manage complex office administrative work

 

The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Colorado $83,800-$134,000 (annually)

Washington $83,800-$148,100 (annually)

California $83,800-$162,200(annually)

NYC $101,400-$162.2--(annually)

 

The pay range above is the general base pay range for you in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual salary/wage may be based on multiple factors, such as geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, and market and business considerations. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, depending on the terms of the applicable plan and your role
