Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant contributes to the leadership of Burrows Consulting, Inc by providing health care consulting and grant writing services to healthcare clients. The Executive Assistant also works with Burrows Consulting, Inc clients and consultants to ensure that communication, administrative, and logistical needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.

This is a remote working situation with occasional travel and in-person meetings.

Duties:

  • Consult with clients to determine needs and appropriate services to offer.
  • Maintain multiple client files & documents.
  • Manage & coordinate calendars for both company & clients. This includes providing calendar reminders plus communicating scheduling conflicts and pending deadlines.
  • Mange & coordinate travel itineraries for multiple team members.

Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Good verbal & written communication skills including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Discretion and an appreciation of high levels of client confidentiality.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and wide-ranging educational levels.
  • Self-starter and able to meet deadlines.

Experience:

  • Associate degree in related field or five years of administrative experience required.
  • Healthcare or grant writing experience preferred.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
