Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant at JP Cares. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support, managing expense reports, and handling administrative assistance tasks on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
  • Experience in managing expense reports
  • Strong communication skills
  • Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in a non-profit or similar environment is a plus
