Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data derived from the learning management system concerning student course attendance.
  • Evaluate student course submissions to identify potentially non-qualifying entries.
  • Ascertain the last date of student attendance based on qualifying course submissions.
  • Review and input data into Excel spreadsheets.
  • Oversee information management, documentation, and reporting through collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams.

Required Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in higher education, whether as an educator or a recent graduate who has experienced online learning.
  • A comprehensive understanding of online education, viewed from both the learner’s and instructor’s perspectives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
  • An adaptable mindset with a readiness to ask questions and offer constructive feedback.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for learning and growth, particularly in adhering to standard operating procedures during training.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), like Canvas, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel, encompassing data entry, sorting, and filtering, alongside effective information management skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
  • A proven history of consistently meeting deadlines.
