In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales operations within an assigned territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Daily duties include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, providing support and training to sales teams, monitoring market trends, and offering insights to improve product performance. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and customer needs.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales management, business development, and account management
- Strong understanding of market analysis, strategic planning, and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in team leadership, training, and motivating sales teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and data analysis
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment
- Background in the electronics or technology sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
