Required Skills

  • 20+ years of extensive experience in aerospace manufacturing, with a minimum of 15 years in leadership roles.
  • Profound knowledge of supply chain management, encompassing procurement, logistics, inventory, and production planning.
  • Proven ability to lead and sway cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A strategic perspective and the capacity for data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software and systems.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
