Responsibilities

• Run USA marketplace management for Helpr’s In Network service line 

• Annual review of insurance to keep in line with growing business and client requirements and risk  

• Oversee risk management and legal activities such as contracts, leases, and other vendor legal documents and agreements

• Support employee onboarding and deboarding

• Vendor management and platform implementations

• Contract management 

• Develop, document, and operationalize formal Trust and Safety protocols

• Assist teams in their specialized duties, bringing an expert operational lens

• Some travel may be required as teams are being scaled 

• Ability to be client facing when needed• Ability to support hiring from both a strategic operations lens and culture fit 

• Facilitate alignment across the organization, ensuring strategic goals are being met

• Work cross functionally, supporting teams through business growth 

• Ability to assist in various service lines internally to help them operate effectively, and scale as needed in a smooth way ensuring ease to client, ie never missing on SLA’s 

Qualifications + Requirements

• A desire to help save families money on care while also making care better. A general understanding of the value of the care ecosystem, and help facilitate a further investment of employers into the care infrastructure via Helpr’s platform. 

• Thrives working independently, while simultaneously being a key member of a dynamic, collaborative team

• Ability to demonstrate grace and respect for themselves and others at all times, especially when under pressure. Enter the work environment with a can do, let’s help attitude

• Ability to self-direct and move projects forward by recognizing when to involve other staff and leadership

•  Minimum 5 years of experience working in, operations with exposure to SaaS technology, startup, and marketplace

• Technical fluency with various platforms or an ability to quickly pick up new tools

• Incredible organization skill 

• Incredible communication skills 

• Ability to self-reflect and pivot based on feedback and market conditions

• Strong project management skills, high level of self-organization, deep care and attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines

• Strong understanding of the importance of cultural competence when working with diverse communities

Compensation & benefits

Salary range: $80,000-$100,000
