You will lead our digital marketing and social media strategy with a sharp focus on D2C funnel optimisation across the LOFB Group. Youāll be instrumental in building both the brand and bottom line through smarter digital campaigns, community engagement, and performance-driven storytelling.
š Digital Marketing & Sales Funnel Optimisation
- Lead social strategy across all platforms (organic + paid), driving visibility and conversion
- Create and continually optimise funnels that turn clicks into loyal customers
- Analyse performance data to increase ROI on every campaign
- Produce compelling contentāposts, reels, video, podcast snippetsāfor multi-channel use
- Own daily engagement across social platforms and respond in real-time
- Design and manage digital assets across LOFB and affiliated Levine Group brands
- Use data to innovate and experiment with new creative ideas and campaign approaches
- Maximise organic & paid media spend through laser-focused targeting and testing

- Develop digital spaces (Discord, Instagram, etc.) to foster loyal brand advocates and influencers
- Activate strategic collaborations, referrals, and user-generated content
- Build momentum behind LOFBās mission: real people, real conversations, real community
š¤ Customer Experience
- Enhance the customer journey from awareness to post-purchase loyalty
- Implement tools for personalised marketing and predictive analytics
- Lead CRM strategy, email nurture campaigns, and communication automation
- Maintain and evolve our web presence and digital systems for scale
- 5+ years experience in social media, D2C digital funnels, and performance marketing
- Deep expertise in CPG or lifestyle brandsāideally in the U.S. market
- Highly skilled in analytics, A/B testing, and CRM platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Odoo etc.)
- A creative thinker with operational executionācontent + conversion are your dual strengths
