Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Qorvia’s digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of SEO, SEM, content strategy, social media, and paid campaigns, and can translate analytics into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, PPC)
Manage and grow Qorvia’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
Create and publish high-quality content for blogs, case studies, social media, and landing pages
Plan and run performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve organic rankings (SEO)
Collaborate with designers and developers for campaign creatives and landing page optimizations
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.) to track KPIs and performance
Manage marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows (email campaigns, retargeting, etc.)
Identify trends and insights to drive innovative and data-backed strategies
Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in a B2B/IT services setting
Proficient in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media marketing
Familiar with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar)
Experience with content creation, copywriting, and basic design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with marketing data and performance reports
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Self-starter who can thrive in a remote and fast-paced work environment
Nice to Have
Experience with freelance platforms marketing (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr) or B2B lead generation
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive
Working knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for landing page optimization
Experience in video marketing or webinar promotion
