We're seeking a teammate to join our marketing team. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling narratives, driving growth, and expanding our reach. Location: DBeaver is a remote-first company, and this role can be based anywhere in the United States, Europe, or our office in Belgrade, Serbia.

What You’ll Do

  • **Help implement comprehensive marketing strategies: **Lead the implementation and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across HubSpot, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, email, and events.
  • **Drive user acquisition and engagement: **Implement SEO-optimized content strategies to increase new website traffic, brand visibility, and customer engagement using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
  • **Craft compelling marketing content: **Work closely with the content team to create persuasive messaging that resonates with a diverse audience across various platforms (website, email, blog, social media, etc.)
  • **Analyze and optimize marketing performance: **Use HubSpot’s robust analytics tools to track key metrics, identify trends, and uncover data-driven insights to improve ROI.
  • **Collaborate across teams: **Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and overall marketing effectiveness.

What You Bring

  • **Marketing experience: **2+ years of experience in marketing. A focus on B2B software, developer-focused software, or technology products is preferred.
  • **Customer-centric focus: **Ability to understand the needs and pain points of target audiences, crafting messaging and campaigns that resonate and provide value.
  • **Data-driven mindset: **Strong analytical skills and a passion for interpreting data for informed marketing decisions.
  • **Exceptional communication: **Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • **A focus on growth: **Eagerness and openness to learn, adapt, and stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of marketing.
  • **HubSpot proficiency: **Hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing tools.
  • **Passion for data: **Genuine interest in data and database technology, with a desire to empower professionals through innovative solutions.
