Role Description

This is a full-time remote Denials Coordinator role. The Denials Coordinator will work closely with internal staff to gather and analyze denial data, manage the appeals process, and ensure timely filing of appeals. The Denials Coordinator will maintain accurate records, communicate with insurance companies and payers, and provide relevant feedback to the management team.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of medical terminology and coding
Experience with managing denials and appeals in a healthcare setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and denials management software
Ability to work independently and remotely with payors
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years healthcare experience preferred.
