Position - Delivery ManagerThe Delivery Manager plays a key role in ensuring the long-term satisfaction of our Clients.

Through oversight of responsiveness, delivery timelines, and quality of work product, the Delivery Manager guarantees consistent excellence in Client deliverables and designs customized solutions for increasing Client satisfaction.

This is a full-time position open only to candidates based in Sri Lanka.

Requirements****Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze Client role/project requirements and design strategic solutions for the same
  • Track and monitor the performance of services, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed
  • Define potential problems and suggest alternative solutions based on talent skill set, time constraints, and Client quality standards
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development and Client Success teams to create resources to increase Client satisfaction
  • Organize group sessions with talent to facilitate peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, issue resolution, and solution sharing
  • Mobilize in-market talent to open-source content, share knowledge, and develop systems, processes, and templates to share with talent community and Clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in client servicing, talent development, and/or in an executive support role such as Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, or Chief of Staff
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to critically evaluate work product for accuracy and completeness
  • Management experience and related resource deployment expertise
  • Proficient in evaluating performance and providing constructive, timely feedback
  • Tech savvy, able to quickly learn and leverage online platforms and digital tools
