**Responsibilities **We’ll Trust You With

The Data Scraping Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by generating leads, handling customer inquiries, performing data entry, and preparing reports. This position ensures the smooth operation of the sales process and helps maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.

A day on your life includes:

Lead Generation:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
  • Utilize various tools and platforms to scrape and gather data for lead generation.
  • Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information.

Customer Service:

  • Respond to clients’ inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product and service information to clients.
  • Assist in resolving clients’ issues and escalate as needed.

Data Entry:

  • Accurately enter and update customer information and sales data in the CRM system.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and distribute regular sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to the sales team.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating sales meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare sales presentations and materials.
  • Support the business development team with various administrative tasks as needed.

**You **Are Good At

  • Proven experience in a data scraping, sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with data scraping tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
