Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a deep understanding of search technologies, particularly Elasticsearch. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing search algorithms, building scalable search systems, and leveraging data to enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement search algorithms using Elasticsearch.
Analyze and interpret large datasets to improve search relevance and ranking.
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality search solutions.
Develop tools and dashboards to track search performance and user behavior.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with Elasticsearch and search technologies.
Strong background in data science, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with search tuning, relevance, and A/B testing.
Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
