The provider supports learners working towards Level 5 Data Engineering and Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeships, as well as Business Analyst Level 4 qualifications. They place a particular emphasis on the learner journey and the quality of both delivery and assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, and guide learners undertaking Level 4 and 5 Data Analyst and Business Analyst apprenticeship programmes.
- Deliver inspiring group and individual training and coaching sessions to support learner progression.
- Actively mentor and motivate learners to ensure the timely completion of their learning objectives and qualifications.
- Support learners with Functional Skills in Maths and English.
- Set tailored targets for each learner to meet performance KPIs.
- Manage your diary to ensure regular contact with learners.
- Identify learner needs, create robust learning plans, and set realistic and challenging goals to help them maximise their potential.
- Observe, mark, and review learner work to ensure it meets qualification standards.
- Provide constructive and informative feedback to help learners reach their full potential.
- Ensure all IT systems are up to date and comply with funding and quality standards.
- Coach learners through to their End Point Assessment (EPA).
Skills and Experience Required:
- Ideally hold an Assessor Qualification (e.g., TAQA, CAVA, A1) or be willing to work towards one.
- A recognised Teaching Qualification (e.g., PTLLS, Award in Education and Training) would be desirable or a willingness to work towards one.
- Passionate about teaching, learning, and assessment
- Strong knowledge and experience in delivering Data Analyst Standards at Level 5 and Business Analyst qualifications.
- Previous experience in a Data role, such as Data Analyst, is essential.
- Ideally hold a Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant Data Analyst subject.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and maintaining high-quality standards.
