About The Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst to manage the analytic data needs of our business unit. This remote position, based in North Carolina, will involve overseeing multiple tasks and data review processes, including mass data entry, maintenance, and update projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for data audits, identifying complex issues, and offering recommendations to improve data integrity. Additionally, you will contribute to project implementation and process improvements within medical management functions for New Hampshire Healthy Families.

About The Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst to manage the analytic data needs of our business unit. Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple tasks related to data review, entry, maintenance, and updates
- Conduct data audits and evaluations within core systems
- Identify and resolve complex issues, including mass change updates and reconciliation projects
- Analyze workflow issues and data integrity problems and provide recommendations for resolution
- Develop and submit internal and external status reports on data projects
- Create and reconcile reports using tools such as Access, Excel, Business Objects, and SQL
- For New Hampshire Healthy Families, support project implementation and process improvement within medical management
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of statistical or data analysis experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel and Access
- Experience with Business Intelligence and SQL tools is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex data issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Pay Range: $26.50 - $47.59 per hour, adjusted based on experience, skills, and education
