Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analysis Intern to help analyze internal company metrics, CRM data, and client automation performance. You’ll work closely with operations team to provide insights that drive sales, optimize workflows, and improve product decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze internal performance metrics, sales funnel data, and campaign results

• Build dashboards and reports using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or Looker Studio

• Assist in cleaning, organizing, and segmenting CRM data for outreach campaigns

• Support A/B testing analysis for outreach strategies and workflow changes

• Track automation usage data and identify optimization opportunities

• Present weekly findings and actionable insights to leadership

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field

• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts)

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Basic understanding of CRM tools and KPIs (preferred)

• Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, HubSpot etc.
