Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist at Wisesheets. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing timely and effective customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering technical assistance to users of the application.
Outside of this core role, you may be assigned other tasks, such as tracking technical issues, communicating with clients and building spreadsheets for clients.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Interpersonal Skills
- Background in Finance and Accounting
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Technical Support and Analytical Skills
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in software or tech support is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
