Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Executive (Chat Support) located in Rawalpindi. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling Guest reservations and communications (mostly chat queries).
  • Assisting with booking coordination and scheduling.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating positive reviews.
  • Overseeing housekeeping and maintenance team management.
  • Managing hazards and emergencies as they arise.
  • Responding to general inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Providing support in administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least 1 year working experience. (Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply)
  • Communicate written and spoken English professionally is a must.
  • Can handle multiple tasks under high pressure while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Agency Experience with international clients
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
