Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Analyst. The Customer Support Analyst will provide high-quality customer service by resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries, analyzing customer issues, providing technical support, and maintaining accurate customer records.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
