Role Description

This is a remote 1099 Contracting role for a Customer Care Representative. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing customer support and support for our clinical staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with customers on a daily basis.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • Bachelors Degree
