Role Description
We are seeking a full-time remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions to challenges, and deliver outstanding support across multiple communication channels. You will collaborate closely with other teams to enhance customer experience, ensure satisfaction, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include handling customer issues with professionalism, maintaining service quality, and contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
- Proficiency in delivering high levels of Customer Satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and professional communication with clients
- Excellent problem-solving, active listening, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the fields of marketing or software, is an advantage
