About The Role
TP is looking for enthusiastic Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join their team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring positive customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you will gain valuable experience and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve inquiries
- Calmly de-escalate customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Assist with payments and provide feedback on call-related issues
- Track and document customer interactions for auditing and reporting
- Upsell products and services when necessary
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using desktop computers and navigating Windows operating systems
- Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Minimum internet download speed of 12 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps
- Clean and quiet workspace
- Proof of internet speed is required
