Customer Service Representative


Are you a people person with a knack for solving problems? We're looking for Customer Service & Operations Support Representatives to join our team and be the friendly voice behind our customer experience!


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and live chat
  • Provide timely, professional support to customers and resolve their issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth and fast resolution of operational issues
  • Assist in managing customer expectations and deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support the operations team during peak times, special events, and high-volume seasons
  • Remain calm and effective under pressure and shifting priorities
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
  • Proactively identify areas for improving service quality and internal processes


Requirements:

  • Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-first attitude with problem-solving mindset


Part-Time Shifts (Remote Work):

  • Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Shift 2: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Rotational workdays throughout the week
