Customer Service Representative


Position: Call Center Representative/ Customer Service Representative

Location: North Carolina

Mode: Remote / Work from Home

Shifts : 24*7 rotational shits (5 days a week , 9 hours a day)


Basic Qualifications: (education, experience, skills and abilities necessary for the position):

Experience/ Requirements :

  • Good to have Call center /BPO experience.
  • Tech Savvy
  • Flexibility on shifting schedules is a must (rotating schedules)
  • Willing to work during holidays and weekends is a must. 24*7 rotational shits (5 days a week , 9 hours a day)


Role Profile & Minimum Skills

  • Good typing skills
  • Multi-tasking, Critical Thinking.
  • Ability to work with detailed procedures and program guidelines
  • Customer service skills and good attitude
  • Good understanding of the hospitality (preferred )
  • Ability to adapt to changes on a fast paced environment (process, schedule, and/or

policy)

  • Ability to empathize and be patient with the customer
  • Ability to respond appropriately in a timely manner to customers
  • Flexibility on shifting schedules is a must (rotating schedules)
  • Willing to render overtime when required


Education:

  • Graduate & High School pass out in any discipline
