We're looking for someone to join our existing Customer Success team and work on serving our products to customers of financial institutions. This job is fully remote. The right candidate will be able to collaborate closely with the team and work independently on customer service delivery.

What the job is:

  • You’ll work on the delivery of customer support for our estate planning products answering product questions and technical support.
  • You will take scheduled calls and inbound calls from customers across the US as they access the product.
  • You will make outbound calls to customers who have requested calls or are late stage with the product and are pending payment.
  • You will handle refund requests
  • Meet short-term (quarterly) and long-term goals with your customer success initiatives.
  • Manage, track, and report deliverables and deadlines.
  • Communicate with precision, using reports and presentations as needed.
