BlockDelta has been exclusively engaged to search for an experienced CTO to join our client, an established Web3 chat application project, which is currently expanding its team. Well funded and backed by top investors, they are seeking a top tier professional who wants to take the next step in their career alongside a talented group with long term vision.

As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological direction. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing and implementing robust solutions, ensuring scalability and security

Responsibilities-

Develop and execute the technical strategy aligned with the company's business goals
Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key technology providers
Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies in the Web3 and blockchain space

Requirements-

Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven track record as a CTO or senior technology leader, with a good understanding of the Ton Ecosystem
Strong background in web and mobile application development
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams
Hands-on and working knowledge of FunC (or strong Solidity at least)
Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Role - Full time and remote

Preferred location: Germany, Austria, Latvia, Estonia
