**What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Screen, assess, triage, and provide telephonic crisis intervention services
Utilize counseling techniques to help callers identify and resolve personal concerns
Make appropriate referrals and link callers to necessary services
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to call center metrics
Train, coach, and develop new hires as assigned

**What Is Required (Qualifications)

Master's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university
Intermediate to proficient working knowledge of software applications
Experience in intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a team atmosphere

Mental health and addictive disease knowledge and experience a plus
Ability to handle conflict management and distress tolerance with staff and clients
Critical thinking skills and objectivity when making quick decisions
Attention to detail in daily communication and reporting
