**What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

**

  • Screen, assess, triage, and provide telephonic crisis intervention services
  • Utilize counseling techniques to help callers identify and resolve personal concerns
  • Make appropriate referrals and link callers to necessary services
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to call center metrics
  • Train, coach, and develop new hires as assigned

**What Is Required (Qualifications)

**

  • Master's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Intermediate to proficient working knowledge of software applications
  • Experience in intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a team atmosphere
