**What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
**
- Screen, assess, triage, and provide telephonic crisis intervention services
- Utilize counseling techniques to help callers identify and resolve personal concerns
- Make appropriate referrals and link callers to necessary services
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to call center metrics
- Train, coach, and develop new hires as assigned
**What Is Required (Qualifications)
**
- Master's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Intermediate to proficient working knowledge of software applications
- Experience in intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a team atmosphere

- Mental health and addictive disease knowledge and experience a plus
- Ability to handle conflict management and distress tolerance with staff and clients
