Profile Requirements:
- Experience
- Work Background: Minimum 2.5–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Marketing Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Marketing Collateral: Experience creating flyers, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Market Research: Demonstrated experience conducting market research for clients.
- Technical Skills
- Canva: Proficiency in Canva is essential; ability to design engaging social media content and marketing assets.
- Kajabi: Experience with Kajabi or similar content creation platforms.
- Course & Brand Development: Preferred experience working with educational courses and brand development initiatives.
- Product Content: Highly preferred experience in product concept development and content creation.
- Communication
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Portfolio Requirements
- Showcase Work: Portfolio must highlight social media content created via Canva.
- Relevant Projects: Include examples related to brand development, course materials, and product content.
- **Client Request: Candidate portfolios sent with endorsements

- Design & Content Creation
- Canva Graphics: Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials and client-specific projects.
- Email Campaigns: Design and produce email campaigns using content provided by the client, ensuring brand consistency.
- Templates & Brochures: Design email templates, brochures, and presentations aligned with brand guidelines.
- Marketing Collateral: Develop design work that supports business and client-specific marketing initiatives.
- Campaign Materials: Produce advanced marketing assets to support promotions, client campaigns, and lead generation.
- Social Media Content: Assist in creating visually engaging content including flyers, graphics, and video snippets for platforms such as LinkedIn and others.
- Marketing Operations
- Client Project Support: Collaborate directly with the client on projects for her clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Administrative Support: Perform general marketing admin tasks such as organizing materials, sourcing resources per client instruction, and light research.
- Social Media Assistance: Help manage posting schedules and content for platforms like LinkedIn to support lead generation and visibility.
- Campaign & Event Execution: Support in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and online/offline events.
- CRM & Database Management: Maintain and update the marketing database; assist with client relationship management (CRM) tasks.
