Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to become an integral part of our remote team. As a key member of our HR department, you will contribute to the seamless integration of new team members and support our current staff in various HR-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, facilitating their onboarding experience.
  • Provide assistance to team members regarding benefits, payroll, and other HR inquiries.
  • Ensure the accuracy of employee records and maintain all necessary documentation.
  • Leverage HR software for timekeeping and essential HR functions.
  • Work alongside the Talent Acquisition team to address questions from prospective candidates.
  • Keep the office well-organized and informed through announcements and flyers.
  • Take initiative in managing special projects as they arise.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive approach and a genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
