**Role Overview:**We are seeking a content marketer with a passion for creating impactful content that drives organic traffic and social engagement. In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop and execute a content strategy aimed at increasing organic traffic and producing a steady stream of high-quality content. You'll have the opportunity to shape Pulsora’s brand voice and create meaningful, thought-provoking content on sustainability and ESG topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Pulsora’s business goals.
  • Create, edit, and optimize long-form content, including blog posts, website content, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Manage the organization and distribution of content across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in tone and voice.
  • Research trending topics within the sustainability, ESG, and compliance sectors to create relevant and engaging content.
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to create product-related content.
  • Support executives with LinkedIn posts and social content, helping amplify our company’s thought leadership.
  • Track and analyze content performance to continuously improve SEO and engagement strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong content strategy and development skills
  • Excellent copywriting and editing abilities, with experience creating long-form and blog content
  • Proven expertise in SEO fundamentals to optimize content for search engines
  • Experience with asset organization, distribution, and brand voice strategy
  • Proficiency in researching complex topics and translating them into clear, actionable content
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of content from concept to execution
  • Experience in B2B sectors; ESG, sustainability, compliance, or legal industry knowledge is a plus
  • Experience managing agencies or external creative resources is a plus
  • Graphic design capabilities preferred
  • Sales enablement support, such as creating content for sales collateral preferred
  • Experience creating video or voice content (scripts) is a plus

Requirements:

  • ~20 hours per week commitment
  • Ability to work remotely and independently without needing constant oversight
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Fluent in English
