Role Overview:
We’re seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in paid advertising and content marketing to drive bookings for our retreats. You’ll be responsible for building and executing campaigns that inspire and convert conscious travelers—from social ads to SEO-optimized landing pages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to maximize ROI and retreat bookings.
• Create compelling ad copy, video briefs, landing pages, and email sequences that tell our story and drive action.
• Use data and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the content and creative team to ensure brand consistency and emotional resonance.
• Manage and report on campaign budgets, performance metrics, and attribution.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize pages for search to increase organic traffic and discoverability.
