Position Overview:

As the Zoop Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining vibrant creator and fan communities. You will lead key community groups, facilitate engagement, and manage our social media presence. You’ll also be responsible for actively managing Zoop's Instagram account, ensuring consistent communication and growth on the platform. You will be the face of Zoop to our users, working closely with creators and fans to ensure they have a positive, interactive, and rewarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Leadership:

  • Lead and manage Zoop’s key community groups to ensure continuous growth and engagement.
  • Facilitate discussions and interactions between creators and fans, ensuring active participation and meaningful exchanges.
  • Create and oversee exclusive communities or fan clubs for creators on the Zoop platform, encouraging collaboration and fan engagement.

Instagram and Social Media Management:

  • Actively manage Zoop’s Instagram account, creating engaging content, responding to comments, and growing the platform’s presence.
  • Develop social media strategies to increase Instagram engagement and follower growth, aligning with Zoop’s overall community goals.
  • Curate user-generated content and showcase creator success stories across Instagram and other social platforms.

Content Creation and Curation:

  • Develop and share engaging content that resonates with the Zoop community, including updates, announcements, and exclusive creator news.
  • Plan and execute challenges, events, and activities that encourage community participation and interaction.

Driving Engagement:

  • Use creative strategies to increase fan engagement, from initiating conversations to organizing fan challenges, exclusive Q&A sessions, and contests.
  • Track community engagement metrics, reporting key insights to the team and using data to optimize future engagement initiatives.

Feedback Loop:

  • Act as a bridge between the Zoop team and the community by gathering feedback and insights from users and relaying it to internal teams (marketing, product, and support).
  • Proactively resolve community issues or conflicts while upholding community guidelines and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Platform Growth:

  • Collaborate on initiatives to grow Zoop’s community base, both in terms of creators and fans, through marketing efforts, partnerships, and organic community growth.
  • Drive Web3 education for the community, helping to onboard new users into the Zoop platform, providing guidance and simplifying the Web3 experience.

Collaboration with Creators:

  • Work closely with creators to help them engage more deeply with their communities and leverage Zoop’s tools to monetize their content.
  • Assist creators in setting up and managing fan engagement campaigns and exclusive content clubs to foster fan loyalty and interaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in community management or social media management, preferably in the creator economy, entertainment, or Web3 sectors.
  • Strong expertise in Instagram management, including experience with content creation, follower engagement, and strategy development.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to engage with different community members, from creators to fans.
  • Creative mindset for coming up with content ideas and strategies to drive engagement.
  • Experience with Web3 platforms or a willingness to learn quickly and explain these concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Familiarity with community platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Twitter, as well as analytics tools to track engagement metrics.
  • Problem-solving skills to manage conflicts and ensure a healthy, supportive community environment.
