**Pay Rate: **$35/hr. to $37/hr. on W2. DOE.

Shift Schedule: Hours between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST

**Location: **Atlanta, GA 30328 (Remote)

Duration: Till Nov 01, 2025, with possibility for extension

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree -- Ideal in Communications Journalism
  • Microsoft Word Experience
  • Strong Interview Skills - A subject matter
  • Experience with CRM preferred
  • Writer/Communications Marketing Specialist
  • Must include writing samples (No Marketing Campaigns)

Primary Duties

  • Executes communications strategy to fulfill major company goals:
  • Fluently weave key marketing messages and brand positioning into creative storytelling.
  • Strong interviewing skills; can use own words to translate complex ideas and concepts into customer-friendly calls to action.
  • Well-versed in AP writing style and excellent editing skills.
  • Thrives in an environment that requires daily interface with cross-functional teams throughout the larger organization.
  • Can write for multiple external audiences and mediums, including digital, social and print communications.

Implements sound processes:

  • Independently handles multiple projects and meets critical deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Tracks and prioritizes tactics and deadlines.
  • Maintains communications performance metrics; presents result to internal stakeholders.
  • Creates system for ensuring accountability to all internal stakeholders, including goal setting, feedback and sign-off from the business and also timely notification of project execution.

  • Commitment to the ethical development to high-quality work that embodies the company’s core values and adheres to corporate and compliance guidelines.
  • Focus on continuous improvement; engage key support services and business areas for opportunities to enhance outcomes.

Knowledge and experience required:

  • Loves, loves, loves to write!
  • Can lead and advise a wide range of individuals and groups on editorial best practices.
  • Experience building email, web and/or social media communication strategies that leverage CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player. Results- and service-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation.
  • This is a creative writing position - not technical writing.
