We are currently looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join one of our dynamic client teams. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working with innovative companies.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice on a broad range of legal matters, including criminal law, family law, conveyancing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (e.g., MSAs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements)
Manage a variety of legal tasks across multiple practice areas to support client needs
Assist clients with international and cross-border legal issues as applicable
Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks across various jurisdictions
Work directly with in-house legal teams, external counsel, and cross-functional business stakeholders
Provide support on special projects such as M&A, corporate structuring, or data privacy, depending on client needs
Participate in regular client calls, team meetings, and contribute proactively in remote-first environments

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD), LLB, or equivalent legal degree
Minimum 4-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a commercial lawyer
Strong experience working with or at international law firms or global companies
Demonstrated expertise in commercial contract drafting and negotiation
Comfortable with cross-border legal concepts and regulatory frameworks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output in a remote setting
Experience advising clients in sectors such as tech, SaaS, or financial services
Familiarity with GDPR or other global data privacy frameworks is a plus
