**We are actively seeking a meticulous and self-motivated Clinical Scheduler to enhance the operational efficiency of our network of behavioral health clinicians. In this role, you will be tasked with the crucial responsibility of crafting and maintaining clinician schedules, thereby ensuring seamless practice operations and delivery of exceptional patient care. You will manage schedules for a dedicated team of 70-100 clinicians and will work collaboratively with internal departments to address and adapt to scheduling requirements. This position is a remote contract opportunity spanning 4-6 months, ideal for individuals who excel in dynamic healthcare settings and prefer independent work.
**Key Responsibilities
**
- Engage in a comprehensive training program to achieve proficiency in our new Electronic Health Records (EHR) scheduling system.
- Collaborate with practice operations and implementation teams to facilitate the transfer of clinician schedules from the existing EHR platform to the new system.
- Develop, update, and oversee clinician schedules according to their availability and practice requirements.
- Timely process ongoing schedule modifications to accommodate clinician and operational needs.
- Partner with the Behavioral Health Clinician Liaison team to ensure schedules are aligned with practice objectives and operational standards.
**Required Skills
**
- At least 1 year of scheduling experience in a fast-paced, virtual healthcare environment (preferred).
- Proven capability to swiftly learn new systems and software; familiarity with EHR systems is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the capacity to juggle multiple schedules and priorities.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills paired with a customer-service orientation, ensuring that clinicians feel supported and valued.
**Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant scheduling experience, preferably in a healthcare context.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
